  • Use these data to assess the novelty of a genome or BGC.
  • RefSeq or GenBank accession numbers are now searchable under genomes and included in BLAST results.
  • Search by MIBiG natural product name under BGCs.

The synergistic resources of the Actinobacterial Strain Collection and the Genome Database enable both cutting-edge bioinformatics analysis
and follow-up experimentation via physical access to strains.
